Overview
Thank you for your interest in becoming a TaskifAI Partner. We value the trust you place in us when you recommend our platform to your network. We have designed a simple, transparent, and rewarding program to thank you for those introductions.
Unlike standard programs that pay a one-time bonus, we believe in long-term partnerships. You earn 10% of your referral's monthly service fee every single month the customer remains active.

Commission & payouts
Your commission is calculated on the monthly service value: €750 base plus €50 per reseller. Clients are billed quarterly upfront; your commission is paid out in monthly installments.

VIP Partner StatusInvitation only
For partners who demonstrate exceptional performance or represent relevant agencies, we offer an exclusive VIP tier with uncapped earning potential.
Uncapped referrals
The 3-client simultaneous limit is removed. Refer as many clients as you like.
Custom terms
VIP Partners are eligible for custom commission structures and co-marketing opportunities.
How to qualify
- Successfully refer 3 active, high-quality clients under the Standard Program, or
- Represent an established agency or consultancy with a verified client base
VIP Status is granted at the sole discretion of TaskifAI leadership. Discussions regarding VIP status are highly custom.

Eligibility
To simplify our administrative process and maximize payouts, this program is currently open exclusively to partners outside of the United States.
Eligible
Citizens and tax residents of Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Australia, Canada, and all other non-US territories.
Not eligible
U.S. Citizens, U.S. Residents (Green Card holders), or U.S.-based companies (LLC/Corp).
If you are a U.S.-based entity and wish to partner, please contact our Enterprise Sales team at hello@taskifai.com for a different agreement structure.

How it works
Register via Stripe Connect
We send you a secure Stripe Connect invitation. You create a secure payout account and complete the W-8BEN tax declaration within Stripe — this certifies you are not a U.S. taxpayer.
Make a referral
Email your TaskifAI contact with the Company Name and Decision Maker you are introducing. We verify the lead (to ensure we aren't already in conversation with them). Once approved, you make the introduction.
Get paid
Once your referral signs their service order and pays their first quarter, your commission begins. Payouts are processed monthly directly to your bank account via Stripe. You can track your active referrals and earnings in your Stripe Express Dashboard.

Terms & conditions summary
- Payouts: Commissions are paid 30 days after the client's payment is received (Net-30).
- Currency: All payouts are calculated in EUR (€).
- Tax Responsibility: As a non-U.S. partner, you receive the full gross amount. You are solely responsible for reporting this income and paying any applicable taxes in your country of residence.
- Active Status: You continue to earn the commission as long as the referred client is an active, paying TaskifAI customer. If they cancel, the commission stops.
- Cap: Commissions are paid on a maximum of 3 simultaneous active customers, unless VIP status is granted in writing.
TaskifAI reserves the right to modify program terms. Full legal agreement available upon registration.
