No. TaskifAI is a done-for-you service. You get a window into your own data to see performance, export it and ask questions, but the service runs whether you open it or not. There is nothing for your team to operate.

Who does the work, people or a machine?

Both. TaskifAI built the machinery for the volume, and a team owns the result. When a file is malformed, a SKU is ambiguous, or a retailer invents a new layout, a person resolves it.

What happens if a retailer never sends their sell-out file?

The month still closes on time and that reseller is named plainly in the report. TaskifAI never guesses a number and never leaves a silent gap.

What happens when a retailer changes their file format?

TaskifAI absorbs it. There are no mapping rules for the brand to rewrite and no broken import for anyone on your team to chase.
